For 15 years, I climbed the corporate ladder in a demanding marketing career, hustling to exhaustion and living for the weekend. Yoga became my medicine. In 2015, I joined a teacher training to “deepen my practice,” but it unlocked something far deeper - a desire to share yoga with others.
Within a few months, I quit my well-paid job as a marketing director and launched Good Yoga Life. Over the next five years, I sold out 25 retreats abroad and earned national and international media coverage. I had built the freedom-filled life I dreamed of - working on my own terms, sipping coconuts, and creating a community I loved.
But I saw my yoga teacher friends still stuck in the grind- bouncing from studio to studio, juggling packed schedules, and struggling to make ends meet. I knew there had to be a better way.
In 2017, my passion for marketing and yoga came together, and Digital Yoga Academy was born. Today, we've made over two million dollars in sales, and I get to teach entrepreneurial yoga teachers like you how to create abundance and freedom in your life too.
But it hasn’t been without challenges - imposter syndrome, procrastination, and overwhelm were part of the journey. The turning point came when I opened myself to support from coaches and mentors who had walked this path before. That’s when the blocks lifted, and everything changed.
Aligning my mindset, upgrading my beliefs, and finding validation from within became the magic ingredients to unlock my true potential.
